On April 17th, according to a report by Yiche on April 16th, the BYD Han EV Flash Charge Edition will be launched on April 22nd. The new car is equipped with the second-generation blade battery and flash charging technology.

According to appreviewpros.com, in terms of appearance, the Han EV Flash Charge version is expected to be largely consistent with the currently sold model, continuing the “Dragon Face Aesthetics” design concept. The body dimensions are similar to the currently sold model, with a length, width, and height of 4995 mm, 1910 mm, and 1495 mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2920 mm.
Regarding intelligent driving assistance, the new car will be equipped with BYD’s “Eye of the Gods” system. The biggest highlight of the Han EV Flash Charge version is its second-generation blade battery and flash charging technology, featuring a 69.07 kWh battery pack, achieving a range of up to 705 km under CLTC conditions.
Official information states that the flash charging technology can achieve a charging experience of “fully charged in 5 minutes, fully charged in 9 minutes, and only 3 minutes more at -30 degrees Celsius.”
